UI UX Designer

Introduction

ABShrms software is the new HRMS service provider company that offers online solutions, in the form of web-based application, that use HR technology to automate and streamline various HR functions for businesses.

My Role

I managed the entire project from design to user testing, for both mobile and desktop platforms. During the initial ideation stage, I worked closely with a developer to collaborate on the project.

Problem Statement

Companies face difficulties in managing their day-to-day tasks such as employee management, PMS, leave and attendance, and payroll.

These tasks require a significant amount of time and resources, and without a proper system in place, companies may struggle to manage them efficiently. Inefficient management can lead to errors, delays, and even legal issues.

Goal

To streamline day-to-day operations, our goal is to implement a comprehensive and efficient system for managing employee activities such as PMS, leave and attendance, and payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal requirements.

In order to further enhance the custom organization settings, our goal is to implement administrative settings for major modules within the system. This will allow organizations to tailor the system to their specific needs and requirements, increasing efficiency and reducing the potential for errors.

By providing greater control and flexibility, these settings can help companies to better manage their day-to-day activities, ultimately improving overall performance and productivity.

Early Ideation

Color-Pallette

I have curated a color palette utilizing the pre-existing brand colors, thereby ensuring visual consistency and brand coherence across various design assets.

Logo-Making

I have created a dark mode version of the existing logo that was designed for light mode. This will allow for a cohesive visual experience across different modes and enhance the user's viewing experience in low-light environments.

Wireframes

During the early stages of development, I created wireframes and prototypes for my client to review and provide feedback on.

Low-Fidelity Designs

I generated initial designs with limited visual details and gathered input from both the development team and human resources department. Based on their feedback, I adjusted and refined the designs.

Final Design

After exploring various options for color, shape, and layout, we transformed our initial concepts into high fidelity designs. However, the designs still lacked coherence, so we persisted in refining them. Eventually, after multiple iterations and consultation with both the client and test-users, we arrived at the final outcome.
